With our emphasis on collaborative transformation, it’s no surprise that Fountain’s own work derives greater strength from a team approach.  Each member of Team Fountain is also an independent coach-consultant drawn to serving clients like you through customized coaching, learning, and organizational development.  By partnering with the coaches of West Coaching Network, Fountain offers the personal touch of a boutique and the breadth of a larger firm.

Fountain can also partner with other coaches or consultants who are not listed below, when specific needs arise.  Most multiple-coach client engagements take the form of collaborative agreements through West Coaching Network.

With over 15 years of experience coaching, consulting, teaching, managing, and leading strategy development within the U.S. federal government and non-profit sectors, Graham has learned that it is possible to achieve more than we sometimes believe – with the right mindset, discipline, and partners.  Graham believes that clients can create more effective organizations and more purposeful lives, and he offers his intuition, creativity, and lighthearted persistence as experienced tools for achieving client goals.  He is especially passionate about teams and individuals who are navigating transition and who are curious to experiment with alternatives, particularly clients in public service, non-profits, international organizations, or communities of faith.

Belinda Collins

Belinda Collins is committed to creating a confidential, safe place for leaders and executives to explore the challenges they face on a daily basis. She works with them to draw out their ideas, gain insights and create possible solutions for problems ranging from dealing with difficult people, fiscal challenges, transitions and change, to creating new visions and strategic plans for their workplaces. She also helps leaders address the challenges of preserving their personal work life balance.  Belinda has experienced the complex world today’s leaders live in, and she draws on her own background to coach clients through critical challenges and create new opportunities: strategic planning, human resources, building alliances, budget challenges, and maintaining personal integrity.

Kelli Kolling

Kelli Kolling is an experienced leadership coach, change management practitioner, human capital strategist, facilitator and process engineer. Her accomplishments include developing competency models and career development models for a management consulting organization, developing and facilitating training for a human resources organization, and leading women’s development forums and networks. As a leadership coach, Kelli partners with her clients to achieve their desired leadership and development goals through working with the strengths that reside within each of her clients, identifying possibilities for change and holding clients accountable. She is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and full potential. Kelli is experienced in coaching, mentoring and delivering 360-degree feedback and other assessment results to executives and managers. She is also a skilled career coach and has provided career coaching to graduate business students and professionals in transition.

Angelika Sass

Angelika Sass is a leadership coach specializing in career and personal transition with cross-cultural expertise. She has over 15 years of experience working in corporate finance where she navigated the pace of change in startups and fortune 500 companies. She has worked both domestically and abroad. She has firsthand experience supporting people in dynamic transitions in a number of industries including: investment banking, telecom, manufacturing and IT. Her coaching allows her clients to create awareness, clarity, intent and focus. This allows her clients to create the change they are seeking.

Peter L. West

Peter L. West brings over 20 years of experience as a senior executive, management consultant, facilitator and leadership coach. Peter’s diverse background includes experience across a range of fields, including: information technology, telecommunications, customer and hospitality services, financial services, health care, as well as human resources, higher education and non-profit management.  While Peter has extensive experience across a number of industries, his pre-coaching background in Telecommunications, Information Systems and Internet Technology has leant itself especially well to supporting senior leaders in those and related fields. His true passion is working with leaders in transition, regardless of field. He also works with “high potentials” who are already performing at a level well above average in order to prepare them for the changes ahead.
